This program is designed for the individual that understands the squat, bench and deadlift and is looking to increase their strength – based around these three fundamental lifts. If you are looking to push the boundaries of what your body can do, recover well between sessions and/or potentially go on to compete, this is a good starting point. The program is designed to be repeated while adding weight and increasing your effort levels while maintaining perfect form. The program will not cater for issues/weak spots in your lifts but will take into account your sleep/muscles soreness from day-to-day.
