This program is designed to take the already able runner from completing a half marathon to running the full 26.1miles of a marathon. The program consists of a full 12 week plan of when and how far to run, increasing the distance safely so your body can adapt and recover as much as is needed. There is a resistance program included to help aid the strength of your legs and core muscles to aid the efficiency of your running, this is planned into the full 12 weeks. The resistance side of training is a massive part of running that many people forget or lack the knowledge to do properly, it’s a basic but effective addition to any running program.

There will be easy days and hard days but you have to be in it to win it!
