This program is for those with a good level of fitness that wish to progress further. The program is designed to push you to your limits and prepare you for the high fitness requirements of the military. Following a similar format to the standard ‘MILITARY PREPARATION PROGRAM’ except many of the exercises have been progressed and the volume of training has been largely increased. Primarily based around improving the fundamental movements such as press ups, pull ups and sit ups with plenty of varied running thrown in too – you will have to dig deep, eat and sleep well to stay on top of your recovery between workouts.
