Description
This program is designed so that it requires no kit whatsoever and can be carried out in the comfort of your own home using your own body weight. This program still focuses around the more efficient exercises such as squats and press ups but all the exercises are regress-able so as to make them achievable to everyone. Some of the exercises have been slowed down so that they have more of an affect on the muscles they are working. The program is designed to be repeated until results plateau but remember to continue to increase the weights so long as the form remains on point and you are working to the desired effort level (RPE). Ensure form and muscles are engaged thoroughly throughout all exercises and roll on the ache!
