This worked out is designed with the sole use of suspension training kit in mind. It is to ideally be repeated between 2-5 times a week. Targeting all of the main muscles groups in your body, suspension training, using just your body weight is a quick and easy way to gain or maintain muscle size, strength and is an easy way of staying fit and healthy, potentially from the confines of your own home. The progression and regression of most exercises is easier than many other methods of training as it takes just a shuffle of the feet forwards or backwards to increase/decrease the load put on the working muscles. Recording the position of your feet for each exercise is recommended so true progression can be monitored.

Suspension training is a great way to learn certain movements such as a Pec Fly with the ability to easily control the amount of weight put through a joint and therefore protect yourself from injury. This makes suspension especially good for, but is not limited too, people starting with limited knowledge of resistance training.
