Weekly Programs offer the perfect alternative to any outside influence beyond the initial writing of the program. This has allowed us to keep the cost down and makes a form of structured training accessible to everybody. The following programs are designed for people in good, general health with no restrictive injuries, who have anywhere from a basic to an in depth understanding of training and are looking for some outside direction but can quantify their own results and push themselves. Each of the 1 weekly programs are designed to be repeated and progressed for around 6 weeks before requiring a change, preventing a plateau in results (unless it is a full 12 weeks program then follow these as seen).

It is important to get the most out of your time in the gym, choosing the correct program to achieve the best results is essential. If you choose a program that you cannot consistently adhere to, your results will fall by the way side. Take some time to think about how often you can realistically train, without putting stress on other aspects of your life which are also conducive to a well rounded workout program, such as sleep.
