We are proud of what our clients achieve. Here are just a few of the success stories.

Tamsin: This lady’s progress has been amazing! In 13 months she has achieved the progress seen to the left. Despite her main focus having been increasing her strength, specifically with her squat, bench and deadlift inline with competition standards, Tamsin has also dropped 10lbs in BW and continued to add 57.5kg+ to her lifts. Her lifts to date with a BW of 63kg stand at:

Squat – 120kg        Bench – 62.5kg        Deadlift – 115kg

Jack: He just wanted to lift bigger and get stronger. After some fleeting thoughts about competing Jack continues to lift for the fun of it and continues to experience some great progress across his SBD. Perfecting his technique and continuing to overload his training, Jack’s biggest challenge is eating enough. His PB’s to date at a body weight of 98kg include:

Squat – 185kg     Bench – 150kg     Deadlift – 255kg

Lorri: Another lady to be reckoned with! At the start of 2018 Lorri had never even stepped foot in a gym. Now, she has competed in many ‘Spartan’ obstacle courses including a Spartan Ultra that saw Lorri run over 50km including over 60 obstacles. Lorri placed 3rd in her age group in this race and came in 2hrs under our reserved prediction. Lorri has been on the podium many more times and has been and competed at the European championships with an invitation to the OCR World Championships in America this year. She is going!

Zac: This man started training with Delta Fitness with the intention of joining the Royal Marines Commando. Zac has continued to push hard both during PT sessions and with his ‘homework’. He currently boasts having passed the fitness requirements to begin his training. Job done!

Claire: This lady started off her training with a goal of improving her overall fitness, dropping body fat but also achieve 1 press up. Claire now performs 12 continuous press ups with perfect form and we have started doing press ups at home with her feet elevated just to increase the difficulty to challenge her more. As you can see from the picture, she has also dropped her body fat, so much so she has been considering taking it one step further and getting on stage. Claire has also used her new found fitness to apply for the reserves. Well done Claire!

Lucy: continues to make progress week after week. Lifting heavier and with much better form has allowed Lucy to change her body composition, as you can see from the image. Through this progressively overloaded style of training and a controlled diet she has done what she set out to do.
